Coordinate dei punti di campionamento 42 stazioni: transetti del Golfo di Manfredonia prima campagna marzo 2012. Le stazioni sono utilizzate per le campagne oceanografiche e il rilevamento dei parametri ambientali, in alcune stazioni il benthos, la chla e il fitoplancton. Ismar Lesina, in collaborazione con l U.O.S. di Ancona.
